Updated over a month ago

If you’re using the Twibbonize app on Android or iOS, granting gallery permissions is essential for uploading your photo to a Twibbon. Without this permission, you won’t be able to select images for your campaigns.

Here’s how you can manage gallery permissions based on your device:

Android

  1. Open Settings on your device.

  2. Navigate to Apps or App Management (this may vary depending on your device).

  3. Scroll or search to find Twibbonize and tap on it.

  4. Select Permissions.

  5. Look for Photos and Videos in the list.

  6. Choose Always Allow All to enable access to your gallery.

  7. Once you're done, you can go back to Twibbonize app and try uploading your photo to a campaign. You will be able to see the photos from your gallery and choose one to upload to a campaign.

iOS

  1. Open Settings on your device.

  2. Scroll down to find Twibbonize and tap on it.

  3. Select Photos.

  4. Choose Full Access.

  5. Select Allow Full Access to grant full access to your gallery.

  6. Once you're done, you can go back to Twibbonize app and try uploading your photo to a campaign. You will be able to see the photos from your gallery and choose one to upload to a campaign.
