Your photo should download automatically once you complete the entire process of creating a Twibbon photo. If your Twibbon photo fails to download or you can't find your photo, follow these steps:
1. Check the Download Folder on Your Device
Our system is designed to automatically download your Twibbon photo to your device at the end of the process. Check the “Download” or “Unduhan” folder in your device's Gallery, as automatically downloaded images are usually saved there.
2. Click the “Re-download” Button
On the final page of the Twibbon photo creation process, you can click the “Re-download” button. Our system will attempt to download your Twibbon photo to your device again.
3. Click the Twibbon Photo and Select “Save Image As…”
On the final page of the Twibbon photo creation process, you can also click and hold on to your Twibbon photo until options appear. Select “Save Image As…” and save your Twibbon photo to your device.
4. Open the Twibbon link in an external/default browser
Some apps open links using an in-app browser, which can sometimes block or interrupt downloads. To avoid this, make sure you open the Twibbonize link in your device’s default/external browser (for example, Chrome or Safari) before downloading your Twibbon photo. You can do this in one of the following ways:
If you found the Twibbonize link from social media (such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) or Facebook), tap the menu (usually ⋯ or the share icon) and select Open in external browser or Open in Chrome (label may vary).

If that option isn’t available, copy the Twibbonize link and paste it directly into your browser, then try downloading again.
