Sometimes you may want to limit who can access your campaign. For example, you might want to share a campaign only with event participants, internal teams, specific communities, or invited guests.
Campaign Visibility settings allow you to control who can find and access your campaign.
This can be useful for scenarios such as:
Private event invitations
Internal company campaigns
School or community activities
Limited-access campaigns shared only through a link
Please note that you need to be logged in to access the settings, and that Unlisted and Private visibility options are only available for Premium Creator subscribers.
Campaign visibility options
Public
When your campaign is set to Public, it can be found by all Twibbonize users. This means your campaign may appear in places such as the Explore page, search results, or other public listings.
Choose this option if you want your campaign to be easily discoverable by anyone on the platform.
Unlisted (Premium Creator only)
When your campaign is Unlisted, it will not appear in public listings such as the Explore page or search results.
However, anyone who has the campaign link can still access and participate in the campaign.
This option is useful if you want to share your campaign only with people who have the link.
Private (Premium Creator only)
When your campaign is Private, only people who have the access code can view and participate in the campaign.
This option is ideal if you want to limit access to a specific group, such as internal teams, organizations, or event participants.
Setting Campaign Visibility for a New Campaign
Log in to your Twibbonize account.
Click the “Create Campaign” button.
Choose the type of Twibbon you want to create.
Upload or create your Twibbon design.
Click “Next”.
Fill in your campaign details by completing the available fields.
In the Campaign Customization section, find the Campaign Visibility settings. Choose the visibility option you want for your campaign.
Click “Publish” to finish.
Setting Campaign Visibility for an Existing Campaign
Log in to your Twibbonize account.
On the profile page, select the campaign you want to set the visibility for.
Click the “Edit” button.
After entering the campaign edit page, find the Campaign Visibility settings. Choose the visibility option you want for your campaign.
If you choose other visibility option than “Public”, a Premium Creator pop-up will appear. Click “Purchase Now” to buyChoose subscription period.
Click “Purchase” to buy.
Select payment option.
Proceed to payment.
Your Premium Creator plan is activated. You will be directed to the Edit Campaign page.
Click “Save Changes”. Your campaign will be updated.
