What If The Payment Has Been Made But The Account Still Has Not Been Upgraded?

In this case, it may take a few minutes to verify your payment. We recommend waiting until the first hour after the transaction is made to wait for the account with the purchased package to be active. If, after that time, your account is not active, please send us an email at hi@twibbonize.com with the subject "Payment Problem"

To help you faster, you can attach the following:

  • Proof of successful transactions from banks / financial service providers who have confirmed successful payments
  • Transaction invoice number made (this information is on the Profile page -> Settings -> Billing)
  • Screenshot of the problem you're experiencing.
