What If I Forgot My Password?

If you forgot your password and registered a Twibbonize account through your Facebook, Google, or Apple account, we recommend that you restore your account via the relevant social media pages.

If you signed up for a Twibbonize account using an email address, follow these guidelines:

1. On the Login page, click Forgot password? You will be redirected to the Reset Password page.
2. Enter your email address registered with Twibbonize in the field provided and click Reset Password.
3. Our system will send you an email to reset your password. Click Reset Password.
4. System will direct you to the Reset Password page. Please enter the new password and confirm it again in the fields listed. Then click Reset My Password.
5. Your new password will be automatically saved. Please try Signing in again using your new password.
