What If I Forgot My Password and My Email ?

You don't need to panic if you registered via email directly but forgot about the registered email address. You can contact hi@twibbonize.com with the subject: Forgot Email and Password.

You can explain in more detail in the email related to the account details you have, such as the URL campaign published, when you did the last access, and the device used. This process may take some time, but we will try our best to help you.

If the email address has been found, we will email the account owner to the officially registered email address for account security reasons. You can check your emails (check them all if you have more than one account). We also recommend that you check your spam, promotions, and advertisements folder in addition to the main folder.
