If you see the “We couldn’t upload your file” message, it means something went wrong while our server was processing your upload, such as your Twibbon design or Campaign.
This issue is usually temporary and happens because of a server error during the upload process.
Here’s what you can do:

The error may resolve on its own shortly. Refresh the page and try uploading your file again.Use a different browser or device
In some cases, switching to another browser (like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari) or a different device can help the upload go through.Check your internet connection
A slow or unstable connection might interrupt the upload process.
