Campaign Analytics comes with Premium Creator and shows how your campaign is performing. This article explains what each figure counts, so you can read and report your numbers accurately.
What Campaign Analytics shows
Supporters — how many downloads your campaign produced
Visit — how many times your campaign page was opened
Trend — the daily breakdown across the period you have selected
Country and City — where your Visits and Supporters came from
What counts as a Supporter?
A Supporter is recorded when someone clicks Download on the Twibbon they made from your campaign.
Supporters are counted uniquely per IP address and browser rather than per individual person. In practice:
Two different people using the same browser on the same network count as one Supporter
One person who downloads on their phone and again on their laptop counts as two Supporters
Read the Supporters figure as a count of downloads rather than a headcount of individuals.
Is there a figure for people who added their photo and downloaded it?
Yes, that is the Supporters figure. There is no separate download metric, because a Supporter is only recorded at the point of download. Someone who opens your campaign and adds their photo but never downloads it is counted as a Visit, not a Supporter.
Why is my Supporters number higher than the number of photos in my gallery?
Downloading a Twibbon does not post it to your supporter gallery. The gallery only shows supporters who chose to publish their Twibbon there, so it will normally show fewer photos than your Supporters count.
You can only view the profiles of supporters who posted to the gallery.
What counts as a Visit?
A Visit is recorded when someone opens your campaign page, whether or not they do anything once they are there. Someone who opens your campaign and downloads a Twibbon is counted in both figures.
Can I see a total for the whole life of my campaign?
No. Campaign Analytics shows figures for the period you select, and the Trend graph shows the daily breakdown within it. There is no running total across the full lifetime of a campaign.
The figure shown on your campaign page, above the gallery, covers the last 30 days rather than the whole campaign.
If you need a longer-term record, note your figures down before your subscription lapses.
Country and City
Both tabs show Visits and Supporters for the period you have selected, listed in order of the number of visits.
Choosing a period
Use the date selector at the top of the page to change the period you are looking at, and the arrows to step backwards and forwards. Every figure on the page, including Country and City, follows the period you select.
Does my analytics data stay if my subscription ends?
No. Campaign Analytics is a Premium Creator feature and the data is removed if the subscription lapses. Note down or export anything you need to keep before your plan ends.
