In most cases, this will not cause your balance to decrease or be deducted, even if the transaction is marked as failed.
Solution:

2. Payment Successful, But Premium Package Not Activated
If your payment is successful, but the Premium package is not activated in your account, there may be an issue or error with the e-wallet or bank you selected, or with the payment gateway we use. This might cause your balance to be deducted even though the Premium package you purchased is not active in your account.
