Why is my Twibbon design rejected?

Find out the common reasons why your Twibbon design might be rejected.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Several factors could cause your Twibbon design to be rejected when uploading it on the Create Campaign page. Here are some possible reasons and solutions to address these issues:

1. There is No Transparency in Your Frame Twibbon, or it is Incomplete

Twibbon Transparency refers to the transparent area on Frame Twibbon that allows the user’s picture to be visible behind the twibbon. When creating a Frame Twibbon, you need to ensure that your Twibbon design has perfect transparency, or else your Frame Twibbon design will be rejected.

What does a Frame Twibbon with No Transparency look like?

  • There is a solid-color area (usually in white) that blocks the space in the intended transparent area. This is wrong because the intended transparent area must be empty.

  • There is an empty frame picture that you forgot to remove and fills your intended transparent area, resulting in blocking it from being empty. This is wrong because the intended transparent area must be empty.

What does a Frame Twibbon with Transparency look like?

  • The preview of your Frame Twibbon is typically marked with a transparent grid in the intended transparent area. However, double-check this, as it can be misleading and might be a background layer blocking the intended transparent area.

  • When you're checking it by opening your Frame Twibbon design on your device, make sure that the intended transparent area is empty when you open your design file as shown below.

Solution

After finishing your Frame Twibbon design, you can create the transparent area in LunaPic as explained below:

  1. Open LunaPic in your browser.

  2. On the homepage, click the Edit menu and select Transparent Background.

  3. Click the "Choose File" button and select your Frame Twibbon design that still has no transparency to upload.

  4. Once uploaded, your image will appear on the main editing screen. Click on the area that you want to turn transparent.

  5. Once you're done, download your image by right click your image and select "Save Image As..."

  6. Now your Frame Twibbon has transparency and you can upload your Frame Twibbon design in Twibbonize.

2. Does Not Meet Specified File Requirements

Every Twibbon design uploaded must meet the following file requirements:

  • File Type: PNG

  • File Size: No more than 5 MB

  • Recommended Dimensions: 1080 x 1080 pixels

Solution

  • Make sure your Twibbon design meets these requirements to ensure it uploads successfully.

  • If your design is rejected, check the file type, size, and dimensions and adjust them as necessary.

By ensuring your design meets these criteria, you can avoid common reasons for rejection and successfully upload your Twibbon design. If you have any questions or encounter issues, you can contact our Customer Service through email at [email protected].
