If your campaign link shows an error or doesn't load, it's usually caused by one of the following reasons. Go through each one to find and fix the issue.
The link has capital letters
Twibbonize campaign links are case-sensitive, which means capital letters will cause the link to break. Even a single uppercase letter in the link will prevent it from loading the correct page.
Make sure your campaign link is fully lowercase:
β twibbonize.com/MyCampaign β twibbonize.com/mycampaign
β twb.nz/MyCampaign β twb.nz/mycampaign
To avoid this, copy your campaign link directly from your browser's address bar on the campaign page instead of typing it manually.
There's a typo in the link
A missing character, extra letter, or misspelled campaign name can break the link entirely. Double-check the full URL, especially the campaign name at the end.
To get the correct link:
Open your profile.
Open the campaign you want to share.
Copy the link from your browser's address bar or from the share column under your campaign's description.
The campaign is set to private
If your campaign visibility is set to private, anyone who clicks the link will see an error. Only you can access a private campaign.
To make it accessible to others:
Go to your campaign settings.
Under Visibility, change it to Public.
Save your changes and share the link again.
Learn more about campaign visibility settings.
The campaign has been deleted
Deleted campaigns cannot be recovered. If the link was shared before the campaign was deleted, it will no longer work.
If this wasn't intentional, you'll need to create a new campaign and share the new link with your audience.
If you've checked all of the above and your link still isn't working, please contact our Customer Service at hi@twibbonize.com so we can look into it.
